The Menus
Gilby's has always stood for the use of local produce where possible, to produce the best culinary experience possible for all our customers. We are now using that same quality to produce what we believe to be the best food in Cardiff Bay.
We change our menus to coincide with seasonal changes and availability of produce therefore ensuring our menus are always fresh and exciting.
Serving Times
Lunch 12 - 2.30pm
Early Evening - 5pm - 7.30pm
A La Carte Menu served at lunch and dinner.
