Gilby's @ the Bay can be found adjoining the Iconic Wales Millennium Centre, next to the Welsh Assembly. We are bringing Gilby's quality and service to the heart of the capitol, using only the finest ingredients. All locally sourced wherever possible, with an emphasis on Welsh Flavours and heritage.

The Wales Millennium Centre was officially opened in November 2004 as was the restaurant, the later becoming Gilby's @ the Bay on the 21st February 2008. Gilby's has a sister restaurant at Culverhouse Cross which is the cornerstone of Gilby's quality and service. Here in Cardiff Bay we can provide a wide variety of services to fulfil your requirements.
